Francoise Nielly grew up in Southern France between Cannes and Saint-Tropez but now resides in Paris. Her art speaks for itself and with her creative use of the color spectrum in her pallets her work sees no traditional limits and therefore her work can bridge a gap between the past and the present. Her work is created with thick paint and a pallet knife to give her work texture and depth.

Inspired by her beautiful bright surroundings whilst growing up and having a positive and inspiring creative in her architect father Francoise began a journey of experimenting with different artistic disciplines to find painting her most expressive artistic release. Enjoy some of her work below.

Light Touch is an interactive holographic laser projector that can instantly transform any flat surface into a touch screen. It frees multimedia content from the confines of the small screen, allowing users to interact with that content just as they do on their hand held devices using multi-touch technology.

Holographic Laser Projectors could soon be as common a feature on your mobile phone or portable devices as a camera is now. Light Touch™ has Holographic Laser Projectors (HLP™) technology inside which creates bright, high-quality video images in WVGA resolution. Integrated infrared sensors detect motion and turn the projected image into a 10.1″ virtual touch screen, so the user can control the projector and interact with applications simply by touching the image.

The opportunities for Light Touch™ extend beyond consumer electronics and into retail spaces, the workplace and the home profoundly changing the way people interact with multimedia content and the built environment.

However, when you are constantly in your home environment for both work and relaxation it can begin to feel a little claustrophobic. It is nice to have a seperate space away from where you spend your time eating, relaxing and watching tv. A home office allows you to benefit from the advantages of working from home whilst maintaining the definition between your work and home life.

One part garden shed, one part eco-clubhouse and one part home office, the Archipod gives work-at-homers a chance to step out of the house.. and into the backyard.
