Wayfaring Stranger is a very well known spiritual folk song telling the tale of a journeyman returning home to be reunited with family and has been recorded by some of the past centuries greatest artists such as Johnny Cash, Dustry Springfield, Eva Cassidy and more. A version I have been fond of for a while is Jamie Woon’s rendition of the classic, giving it a haunting aura only to be excelled even further into the darkness by the recent remix by acclaimed dubstep producer Burial.
